Sport Training – Winter/Spring 2018

Our Sport Training has become extremely popular among developing Junior High and High School Athletes as well as Elite Junior, University and Professional Athletes. This is a result of the training environment, sound training programs, and impressive results seen by our hard working athletes.  We will be adding 8 more training times per week to our current schedule. This will afford more athletes the opportunity to train at Synergy as well as provide our current clients even more flexibility within their training schedule. Whether you are a Summer Sport Athlete looking to get STRONGER-FASTER-BETTER this off-season or you are a Winter Sport Athlete looking to keep your edge this winter, we will create a program to ensure you meet your potential. Do you want individual programming with close monitoring and coaching but don’t want the cost associated with personal training? Semi-Private training is for you !!

Hot Mamas

Being a mom is hard work, which makes it really important for you to take care of yourself. Synergy Fitness and Nutrition offers a mom and baby exercise class every day, Monday through Friday from 10:00-11:00. Workouts are designed and led by certified trainers who want to help you set fitness goals, boost your energy and have a great time.
