Spring Program

Get off to a great start this off-season by building a base of solid strength and speed. The spring sessions will focus on developing quality movement patterns, strength training techniques, and increasing cardiovascular fitness which can be enhance through the off-season.  

April 3-May 26

  • Combine Testing and Athlete Analysis
  • Individual Training Program
  • Personal Nutrition Assessments
  • 60 minute Training Sessions
  • Flexible Training Times (over 12 times to choose from weekly)

Summer Program

Great seasons are created in the off-season. Synergy’s summer program will develop strength, speed, and power through through proven training methodologies. Periodized training programs will include: weight lifting, plyometrics, multi-directional quickness, and metabolic training to ensure athlete reach their potential this season.

May 29-August 25

  • 60-90 minute Training Sessions
  • Flexible Training Times (over 18 to choose from weekly)

24 Session Package – $480 plus tax

36 Session Package – $700 plus tax

Unlimited Summer Package – $1200 plus tax
