Best Green Smoothie You Will Ever Try!

by Bethany Vessey, Registered Dietitian on September 25, 2016

At least this is my opinion! This is a great smoothie to add to your smoothie rotation. This smoothie was not only very tasty but extermely filling. I did not add any protein powder to it as I was content with the 19g that it already offered. Simply add all the ingredients listed below into your blender and blend until your decided consistency! Enjoy!

Fact: Peanuts are not a nut but a legume. They can still be helpful to our health however, by reducing your risk of heart disease.

Oh and PLEASE free feel to share some of your favorite green smoothie recipes in the comments below!
