Dijon Pork Chops

With turkey-time less than 2 weeks away we thought we would offer a non-poultry recipe option that is not only fast and easy but delicious! These simple 4 ingredients take regular old pork chops and turn them into something your whole family will enjoy!

Pair these delicious chops with 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice and 2 cups of your favorite steamed veggies and you have not only a delicious but a very nutritious meal!!

Note: For the bread crumbs I take 1 slice of my favorite whole grain brain (usually the heal, because what do you use that for anyway), and crumble it in my food processor. Doing this can save you a lot of extra sodium and calories, while added extra fiber to your meal!
