Fall / Winter Sport Training 2017-2018

Whether you are a summer sport athlete looking to maximize your athletic gains in the off-season or you are a winter sport athlete looking to keep in top form during the season, we have a program for you.  Each participant in our Sport Training sessions receive their own individualized strength and conditioning program based on their goals, needs, and past history.  All sessions are led by certified and experienced instructors who will teach, coach, and motivate for optimal development and performance.

Fall Sport Training Schedule

M-W-F @ 630am

M-T-W-Th-F @ 330 and 430

M-T-W-Th @ 530

Sat @ 830am

**Athletes can mix and match any of these times around their current school, sport practice and  sport completion schedules.

3 Month Unlimited  – $99 plus tax / month (Includes Unlimited access to open gym times and Personal Training Program)

24 Session Package (no expiry) – $269 plus tax

12 Session Package (no expiry) – $149 plus tax
