Lemon Garlic Salad Dressing!

Top your favorite salad with this yummy and simple dressing and not only will you enjoy it’s flavor but you will also reach you daily recommendation of Omega 3’s.

Ingredients

        2 large cloves of garlic, crushed
        1/4 cup flaxseed oil
        1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
        2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar

Directions

Makes 5- 2 Tablespoon servings
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid, shake and serve.

1 tbsp serving: 58kcal, 6 gram of fat
