Mmmmm. . . Tomatoes!

I am so excited!!! My tomatoes are starting to turn red and I have already been enjoying their freshness! I love fresh garden tomatoes not only for meals, sauces, salsas but also as snacks! They are just so tasty!

I found this amazing recipe the other day from this really great website “Eat Yourself Skinny” and I just had to share it. It was super easy to make and really yummy! Be sure to give this one a try.
