Stephanie BarryStephanie was born in Kamloops, British Columbia.  In 2007 she graduated from the Thompson Rivers University as an Animal Health Technologist and for the past few years she has been working at the Atlantic Veterinary College.  In the fall of 2013 she enrolled in the Sport and Leisure Management Program and graduated in May 2015.  During her studies at Holland College Stephanie assisted and lead two Learn to Run programs, organized and conducted a beginners running strength training class, assisted with a Body Sculpting class, and volunteered working in the High Performance Center at Holland College.  In addition, during her second year she worked at Running Room and Organized a Halloween Family Running event as well as participated in other volunteer event.

Stephanie is a personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  She recognizes and values the importance of a balanced lifestyle for health.  Stephanie enjoys running events, road and trail biking, kayaking, weightlifting and being outdoors as well as spending time with her husband and furry animal family members.
