Super Yummy Homemade Granola

This fast, easy and super yummy recipe was given to me years ago from the sisters of one of our very own! It has now become a regular in my recipe rotation! I absolutely LOVE this recipe! It is great on yogurt, with milk, or even on it’s own! This recipe makes a ton, but if you store it in a resealable dish it will keep! ENJOY!

Servings are 1/4 cupIngredients

8 cups large flake oats,
1/2 cup honey, heated
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup coconut unsweetened
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup bran buds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds,
1/4 cup almonds, unsalted, slivered
1/4 cup cranberry, dried
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F

Add all ingredients, except the oil and honey into a large roasting pan and mix well. Top with honey and oil. Stir mixture until oil and honey are mixed thoroughly with the other ingredients. Place in preheated oven and cooked for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
