Synergy Black and Yellow is an all TRX class!  TRX Suspension Training originated in the Navy Seals. It consists of body weight exercises that simultaneously develop strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability.

The TRX suspension trainers are not basis based on age or fitness level. Many fitness levels can participate in the same TRX class and each will get a workout that challenges each person to their own max. The TRX can and will challenge everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes and they are great for those with current or previous injuries. The key to success with the TRX is form!

Synergy’s Black and Yellow has a max of 9 people/class. Our certified trainer focuses on your form and advancing you at an appropriate rate through each of the classes. This challenging 60 minute workout will be sure to challenge your entire body, from head to toe!
