Synergy’s Joes is our men’s only class. This class has a maximum 12 people/class. Our certified trainer will put you through a 1 hour full body workout, which will include a combination of strength, cardio, core and interval training. Classes are designed to suit all fitness levels and backgrounds.

All Members/Programs receive:

  • Class Flexibility: through our online scheduler.
  • A personalized nutritional analysis, which will highlight the best strategies to be implemented to ensure the best results.
  • Availability to participate once/week, at no additional charge, in our Synergy Flex class, which is a 1-hour flexibility training class.
  • Pre/Post fitness testing, body fat testing, and measurements.
  • Weekly nutrition newsletters providing guidelines of pre/post exercise nutrition
