Week 1: Water. . . Are You Getting Enough?

Our 1st challenge will be:

Drink no less than 2 liters of water/day!

When I say water I mean water. Beverages such as, coffee, tea and especially not fruit juices will not count towards your total water intake! You must drink water!

If you are someone who does not like the taste of water, well suck it up! Just kidding; however, do look for ways to change the taste of your water. Add lemon or lime wedges, add frozen fruits to your water. I don’t recommend added artificial sweeteners to your water, at least not for this challenge.

Remember a challenge is something that makes you step outside your comfort zone, so challenge yourself this week to get your 2 liters of water in by not giving in to gimmicks and quick fixes. If water is one of your constant challenges, ask yourself why and find way to combat that challenge!

Great timing Bethany! Us Brits like our tea…so I’ve always struggled to drink enough water. Will be making sure to get my fill from now on though! Love the challenges! Miss you guys.
